I am Richard James. I have been self employed in the property industry for 30+ years and have  completed many varied projects.

I started in general renovation, buying and transforming properties for resale and later specialised in interior fitting. This included wardrobes, panelling, flooring, tiling, decor and many other projects but for ten years my main focus seemed to be kitchens with around 350 kitchen fits, revamps and alterations carried out.

​

This has been interspersed with a few house development projects where I have designed, managed and fitted out in conjunction with other contractors.

​

More recently there has been a greater emphasis on  exterior works including decking, hard landscaping, verandas, oak framed pergolas and garages.

​

Throughout all of this time I have also done the small jobs that people ask for...... straightening those droopy kitchen hinges, assembling that troublesome flat-pack, hanging a picture or fitting some coat hooks.
